The AESSEAL^® EasyClean vessel is part of the latest development in water and also oil API plan 53a barrier fluid management systems, aimed at environments which require a higher level of hygiene.

In addition to all the features that come with the standard offering of AESSEAL^® water and oil management systems, the EasyClean vessel benefits from the ability to disassemble for inspection and cleaning.

By using a clamp, the bottom section of the vessel can be removed when required and the internal cavity can be checked for deposits. Once the inspection is complete the bottom section simply reattache using the clamp supplied.

The EasyClean vessels are available with a range of options making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
The options include:
1.EasyClean – suitable for use with water or oil
CC – includes a cooling coil to help control the temperature of the barrier fluid
WP – includes weld pad to allow fluid level monitoring
WPCC – includes both weld pad fluid level indicator and also cooling coil
Additional features:
• A Clean In Place (CIP) Ball
• Stainless Steel fittings
EasyClean manufacture from 304 stainless steel with satin bead blasted finish as standard design and manufacture in
accordance with ASME VIII Div.1 and certified to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
