GAS10 & GAS21

The Gas Panel System designs to supply inert gas (e.g. Air or Nitrogen) to mechanical seals on processes that cannot tolerate contamination by water or oil barrier fluids (e.g. mixer applications).

Features:

  • Coalescing filter: Ensures that a clean gas supply is feeding the seal
  • Components enclose in a secure cabinet (this does not apply to the intrinsically safe version): Protects the components from the industrial environment
  • Non-return valve: Prevents product contamination of the gas panel during upset conditions
  • Dual flow meters: The second flow meter will display a high gas flow which indicates seal wear

Options:

  • The modular nature of the system enables the upgrading of the GAS10 so it can use in Intrinsically Safe and Explosion Proof zoned environments
  • GAS10: The self contained system has a maximum inlet pressure of 14 bar / 203 psi(g).
    and a maximum outlet pressure of 10 bar / 145 psi(g)
  • GAS21-SS: (21 BAR Stainless Steel Gas Panel) The self contained system has a maximum assembly design pressure of 21 bar(g) / 304 psi

GAS10

The modular GAS10 seal support system designes to supply inert gas (e.g. Air or Nitrogen) to mechanical seals on processes that cannot tolerate contamination by water or oil barrier fluids. The self contained system (Figure 1) has a maximum inlet pressure of 14 Bar / 203 psig.
and a maximum outlet pressure of 10 Bar / 145 psig enabling it. to be used on a wide range of applications.
A Gas Panel can use to purge vapour build up in seal cavities. The modular nature of the system enables the upgrading of the GAS10.
so it can use in Intrinsically Safe and Explosion Proof zoned environments (Figure 2).
This modular design also enables the incorporation of a number of optional extras with the system including a humidifier and flow switch.
