The Multitooth Mixer 8100X designed with concentric series of tooth which enable the mixer to achieve a high shear and thorough emulsification. This mixer can easily emulsify products with particle size reduction to less than 1 micron.

INOXPA manufacture high quality multitooth mixer ideal for hygienic applications in the food-processing, beverages, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The parts of the mixer which come in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L, other stainless steel part are made of AISI 304. Standard mechanical seal is C/ SiC/ EPDM; EPDM quality standard gasket complies with FDA 177.2600. The surface finish is Ra ≤ 0.5 μm.
